Dr. Liselle Badache is the Director of the Uriel Treatment Centers. She is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) and a Certified Clinical Master Hypnotist, Member of the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association. Dr. Badache gives workshops and teaches Spirituality, Stress Management & Recovery and several relaxation techiques integrating mind and body in an harmonious functional whole. Among her clients are Rutgers University and various community organizations. In her practice, she is comfortable treating people with conventional therapies as well as holistic ones as needed.
Dr. Badache received her MD from the Sorbonne in Paris and for 12 years she practiced medicine in France. She practiced conventional as well as alternative and holistic Medicine and was for several years the head of a department of addiction in a psychiatric ward. She also designed intensive addiction/recovery in-patient programs. She has been Secretary of "Psychiatry without Frontiers" and member of the Ethno-Psychiatry in France.
She has studied Spiritual Healing with Tibetan Healers, Alternative Treatments, Eastern Medicines including Chi Kung, various forms of Yoga & Yoga Therapy, and other spiritual practices that she has been teaching in France and the United States. She has lived in the USA since 1990 and has worked as a drug and alcohol counselor for Catholic Charities and UMDNJ. Dr. Badache is known to some of her friends as "Elisheva".
Dr. Badache's broad formal and empirical technical background, combining both classical medicine and alternative methods, allows her to propose unique holistic solutions, addressing both the physical body and the spiritual Self.
